BioSpring already featured within the MolPlay repertoire of IMSA tools. It just got a brand new website. We have been hard at work and bring you an updated release of BioSpring, for 17 years in the making, to the scientific community. We are very excited to share BioSpring with you and hope you will have fun with the software and be able to do some exciting research and interactive simulations with it. Feedback is always welcome.
Furthermore, the first full source code release of BioSpring was made available on github. Now everyone can download, install and test our elastic network simulation engine! The source code and more is available for download here. Don’t hesitate to fork, add a star or leave us feedback.
